Return Policy: 30 days

We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of all of our customers and aim to minimize returns, as this practice benefits both our customers and our business, as well as the environment. However, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally necessitate returns. 

Please contact us at info@reviveandrestorecompany.com if you wish to return a product. We will reply within 24 hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order # as proof of purchase. 

Damages, Defects & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please refrain from signing any delivery paperwork until you have thoroughly inspected the merchandise, as doing so will constitute acceptance of the item "as is", and there will be nothing that we can do about it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and drinks, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as makeup and some beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy

Upon the return of an item, a refund will be issued within 2 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item. The refund will be for the full purchase amount, minus any shipping costs incurred by us.

In the event of receiving a defective item, a full refund will be processed after a thorough review.
